Retrieve more than 2,000 rows from a SharePoint list in Power Apps

When building a Power Apps canvas app connected to SharePoint, you may find that your collection contains only the first 500 or 2,000 records—even though the list contains more.

This usually relates to delegation: whether Power Apps can ask SharePoint to process a query instead of processing a limited set of records locally. For operations that cannot be delegated, the default data row limit is 500, and the maximum configurable limit is 2,000. Microsoft’s delegation overview

One approach to loading a larger collection is to retrieve records in smaller, non-overlapping batches. This walkthrough uses a numeric copy of each SharePoint item’s ID to define those batches.

This approach depends on correct setup: every item must have the right numeric ID copy, each batch must fit within the app’s data row limit, and the range filter must delegate to SharePoint.
